    Really needed it.

Flew back up to Northern California last night for the weekend, to surprise mi familia. This morning, I couldn't hold myself back and sprinted to my aunt's house where I park the E30. As I get there, the Fire dept is leaving..turns out her next-door neighbors (shared wall) had a fire in their garage. Burned their Audi A5. Came within feet of her wall, and my BMW. Driving my E30 for the first time in a few months was the greatest feeling ever, made up for my shitty last month since my heatstroke, being unable to row, and just feeling like shit. So these pictures mean a lot more to me than usual.

Cannot wait till winter break in roughly three weeks. New parts galore.
    Goodbye, for now.

Sorry to hear about everything that is going on. That car of yours looks great and I know how you feel, sometimes a car is more than a car. It is your best friend and an escape from reality.

I'm sure that audi A5 just happened to spontaneously combust, too. Nothing out of the ordinary.

Or maybe you park next to Audi's, they'll take natures punishments for the e30

oh man thats such a close call,
what caused the fire? other than the audi spontaneously combusting out of stress because it's purely not as sexy and fun as the e30.

also more pics of burnt down audi? could be interesting.

Audi probably commited suicide knowing itll never be as great as an E30.

I know how you feel. Sometimes when I feel like shit, i just go drive my E30 around, and I fall back in love with the car and forget all the things wrong with it. Like what Jeremy Clarkson said -

"its what non car people don't get, they see all cars as just a ton and a half two tons of wires, glass, metal and rubber that's all they see, people like you or I know we have an unshakable believe that cars are living entities.. well not a Toyota Corolla obviously, but you can develop a relationship with a car, and that's what non car people don't get - Jeremy Clarkson "

And I even love that quote even more because Im stuck dailying a Toyota Corolla.

Glad your E30 made it out ok!
