Well I sold my last r6 wiht a ton of shit (vortex sprockets, 520 chain, jetted carbs, m4 header and exhaust, graves fairingstay, cfm rearsets, multi tek bodywork, daytona damper) for $3850 at the beginning of spring. I thought I would be ok without a bike, but I was wrong. It's tough to go without
so here I come upon this deal. Someone on the local car forum posted that they were riding on the thruway by the stadium when the Bills game was letting out. Someone in front of him brake checked for no reason, he wasn't prepared enough yet as a new rider to get out properly and panicked, and dumped it. His mom wanted it out of the garage and didnt want him riding anymore.
so here is my new '01 r6 for $2250, lol! plastics are scuffed a bit, no cracks though. tank is fine, not even a ding. Needs a right clip on and footpeg, fairingstay has a broken tab but can probably be welded. triple clamps and forks may be bent, wont know till i get the bodywork off and get it up on a stand (need to give the guy full payment first, just waiting for everything to go through)
