              these are motor mounts.
i know the welding is too cold on them but they haven´t fail yet.!
Plan is to take them out and make more of these and do it better.
the posision is perfect using m20 engine bushes. :)

I don't have beef with welds and mounts as such. What I don`t get is why would you need to make them when there are oem mounts you can use?

                    thanks guys.!

If you are talkin about e36 mounts as OEM, there are reason why i didint use them.
They are very weak! they break with orginal m50 load, i have experienced it.
The engine are way too forward in the e30 so you have minor space for big radiator and fan.
To get correct angle for the engine you need spacers and roundom engine bushes.
So i deside to make my own for poly urithan m20 bushes. :)

I used e36 mounts for my e30 touring m50 swap so i know exactly what im sayin. ;)

plan is to make more of my motor mounts in the winter.

                    cheers.! :)

Man I wish I had the skill and knowledge and equipment to do this kind of work! I'm just hoping my s50 swap will go well haha. Nice car man and I'm really lovin the rear window louver things, reminds me of cars back in Estonia for some reason.
