I think got the front from "Chris E30 Cab" here on the forum and the rear in Jamaica. The owner for the junk yard where I found the rear should have the front in about a week.

Not really, that setup will have a longer overall ratio than a Getrag 260/3.73.

12.39 vs. 14.29 for the E30 gearbox. 3.46 or 3.25 is common with the E36 gearbox if you're looking for shorter gearing.
