        Yes they are "iS" skirts.

Thanks guys! M30 might be an old motor, but an E30 is an old car ...

Is this even possible for the e30?

I feel pretty proud of the 10 minutes I had with this swap!! Well, not sure if proud is the correct word... Motivated is a better one.

The pictures say it all. Opening an e30 hood and seeing a bunch of plastic covers is just lame (and pretty played out these days). Of course people swap motor's for more power/ performance. However, people skip the "cool" factor.. And an M30 swap is just one of the coolest looking swaps that can be done. In fact, I think it's the coolest for sure.

I don't have anything to really ad for you on here Ryan that I haven't said in person.. I like your style buddy. Glad to see the buttoned up pictures. Cheers man!

beg to differ, but i won't thread jack;)

i think...this car is to E30's what "Rusty" is to E28's. well done.

              amiright? i'm right.

The Best. Easily the most complete, and well done swap I know of too. Exactly as BMW would have done it.

Love your car man. Looks super badass and the M30 definitely looks proper in the bay. I like 24 valve swaps for the power gains and such, but to me they never look like they belong in an E30. That M30........DOES. Well done my friend. Well done. Yet again....you cease to amaze me with your work and yet again, a picture of your car has made it to the background on my comp. Your E30 is my E30's role model lolz :D

I don't hate rusty but this couldn't be farther from the truth.
This car is the complete opposite of what Rusty S. was.

..i can agree but .. when i think of some of the baddest E28s that car is up there, its story is known worldwide and i think the same for E30s this car in the same breath. i'm only saying how much impact that both cars have had one each specific community.

UK has a much hotter version of the S50.

I've had M30's, M50's, M52's and S50's.. M30's do nothing for me. 24v swaps are lighter and much better engines.
