Hi mate I have a 85 318i and really want to do this swap if you get the time would you care to list what parts/work is needed to do this swap I would really appreciate it.

From what i see everything fits since it is a factory e30 engine. The only thing needing modification is the c104 as the later e30's had a round c101 instead of the square c104.

So for the swap- engine, tranny, drive shaft, radiator, computer, wireing harness and i think that was about it. everything else worked. the hardest part for us to figure out was the wiring.
