    Got around to doing some work this weekend. I pulled up the rear carpet only to find a bunch of surface rust. Nothing bad, but I figured that I might as well fix it.

    Using a dremmel and a wire brush, I got most of the mess off.

    Decided to pull the battery tray only to find more surface rust and a small (dime sized hole)
    Some deeper spots sanded and filled with bondo and rust inhibitor.

    Adding inhibitor to more places

    Also did the battery box:

    The trunk completed

    Yeah, it appeared to have an oil leak, so I took the pressure washer too it. Its a FL car, so its pretty much rust free.

    Anyways, the car was repainted recently and there was a bunch overspray on the windows and grime in the door jams.

    So after years of reading, I decided to make an account. I recently bought a 91 318is after selling another car of mine.
