    Some german car pictures.

My friend has been lurking too much, so I'm posting up for him. This is nkell09's 96 jetta.

of course my pos makes it in here somehow

    his other volkswagen.

be sure to check out his site. He has a very in depth archive of the restoration to the 66 beetle as well as tons of pictures from misc. shit we've done, or worked on. Its pretty cool. let me know what you think.

Didn't really think that was necessary, but what the heck, why not... Thanks Jon (etasport).

My jetta's just a daily for me, nothing special, as I would've have bought a gti vr6 for some tuning.... It has managed to survive commuting around the baltimore area for the past for years. Nonetheless, it is fun to get her out in the back roads north of town and have some fun.

It is a 2.0l (a.k.a 2.0slow), eurosport 2.5" exhaust, h&r cup kit, mille miglia evo 5s with 205/45/16s... nothing special...

I truly appreciate a clean european vehicle. I imagine I'll wonder over to the bmw side here in a few years, until then, I'll keep enjoying the show from the side. As for the bug, well thats another story!

I was baffled you did that paintjob on that Jetta by yourself!

It makes me want to paint my car. But not now...

I told you man... I learned a lot from this guy. Its also nice to know people who've been in the business before. Good materials make a difference too.
