the guys that are talking about the psi's conserining the hp you are way off. It really depends on the size of the turbo. If a huge turbo was putting out 13psi and a small one putting out 13psi guess what?!?! ITS NOT THE SAME HP LEVEL!!!!!!!!! Now i'm not saying he has 330hp and i'm not saying he has 250hp, i'm just saying that w/out knowing what turbo he has you have no clue if its making over 300hp.

Very good point. It's just a general statement though. I doubt Dinan put a GT40 on there though :)Originally posted by asubimmerthe guys that are talking about the psi's conserining the hp you are way off. It really depends on the size of the turbo. That would have a very minimal effect on power output. The biggest difference would be the amount of time one takes to spool. Now, the larger turbine would of course be capable of higher boost levels but, if it only has a 13 pound spring on the wastegate it's not going to huff any more air than the small turbine that is maxing out at 13psi (about 0.9 bar), it'll just take more rpm's to get it spooling when the smaller turbine will have spooled much quicker. Plus, why would they use a large turbine on a light boost application?Originally posted by asubimmerthe guys that are talking about the psi's conserining the hp you are way off.
