After a short, well a long hiatus, I finally made it back to the track. I sold my E36 M3 track car to get married and build a house. Time had come to get back into the swing of things and it was awesome. I moved into an E30 and it is definitely fun! I had a great instructor and even got to work with James Clay and get some one on one coaching which was a great help! Picked up some new lines through corners I thought I knew well! Then he drove my car and it opened my eyes... need to get to work on picking up speed! That was a fun ride!
Will be back in 2 weeks! Then Barber in May!
Only thing that I need to fix which is causing some issues is I upgraded to an E34 V8 booster setup. This changes the pedal travel to the point it became difficult to heel/toe. Going to be modding this setup to allow for easier operation.
