The car sold for $2,300 off Craigslist. It was 25 minutes away from my home and I could not find the seller, and it was sold under my nose by the seller because "my e-mail server put your e-mails in my junk folder."
I knew about the car the day it was on Craigslist, and still could not get him to contact me. If he had left a number, a name, an address, or a real e-mail, that car would have been mine.
I know you wouldn't sell that car for the world. Congrats, but I am so angered that not only did it sell behind my back, but to someone on this board...
I guess I'll wait until another E30 enthusiast sells his E30 M3 suspenion swapped E30 with tons of goodies for sale for that price...
Yeah Dan, it was an "interesting: purchase. :pimp:
Sup Rob? :dot:
TJ- I think I will leave the car like this till next season. I have another pair of cloth sports or I can get these m3 seats redone and sell them or trade them...I dunno yet. Not in a hurry @ all.
Mystikal - I have to refurbish these to make a good enough pocket to get another set of wheels. Granted I can peel out in 1st, :ohsnap: I can still feel the weight difference. 17s and stock m42 = bleh. I do have the OEM m3 wheels for other duties though so one never knows.
Added eta pics to 1st page. Dan, all my cars just look good to the camera, no lie.
Rolled up to VA with my buddy in his 1.8T GTi @ the crack of dawn after damn near no sleep.

Straight Out the box, I have to say Konis are better than Bilsteins based on my interpretations.
As to custom valved ones, you will have to ask those who have used them before. My guess is the Konis will once again be better but it's a matter of opinion also once again.
