    If you use decent quality stuff filler is fine. The cheap stuff you get at the "big name" auto parts stores is prone to cracking in my experience. Bay is looking good though. I didn't use any filler in my bay and it shows in some spots, but you have to be looking for them.

      Yeah I used the 3M bondo brand body filler..

          I thought about it too, but I was not about to redo the engine bay haha
          I usually use evercoat fibertech, it has fiberglass hairs mixed in. Ive never had a problem with cracking, but it can be a bitch to sand compared to traditional bondo. Nice work so far!

                        I'm having some serious brake issues now post swap where the brake pedal will get rock hard and it seems that the brakes are being applied. Any idea as to what could be causing this? I also made a thread in the brake section:
