    Proud new owner!!

I am officially a BMW owner! I just picked up a 91 318is with 104k in great condition. It was originally purchased in AZ and brought over to the east coast in 2006 by the previous owner. The engine runs smooth with no ticking or smoking. The body and paint are still in great shape, all original paint with a beautiful shine and zero rust. The interior is as if new, no cracks, tears with the original cassette player and original purchase tape from BMW. To make things even better, he gave me every document including all receipts he had and the original window sticker of when it was purchased. I drove it home and loved every minute of the two hour drive. Ill let the pictures speak for themselves.

God, I wish my car was that clean when I bought it. I hate rust and wish I didn't have to chase it down.

That is a clean car, now all you need is an IS lip, IS skirts and 15" Euroweaves.

Seriously where do you guys find M42's this good? They're like ancient myths carved into rock buried deep underground in this condition.

Nice IS...I love the late models in Alpineweiss

If you are looking to get anything serviced, check out Shadetree Garage in Durham, NC. Truett Ray is a trustworthy, warm and knowledgeable owner. Dietrich Koch, next door at Automotive Services and Truett are both BMW experts (that is the only car they service there, unless you bring in a Studebaker!).

                              you'll love the 318is
it looks like a twin to the car i owned
make sure to do research on the problem areas common to 318is' that can be fatal, like upper oil pan gaskets
                              go to m42club.com
