on friday i was in a very bad car accident that i shouldn't be alive from. accident was not my fault, some asshole went through a red light going 50mph and t-boned my car. 5 broken ribs, a collapsed & punctured lung, and a broken tail bone. i had a tube that drained over 4 pints of my blood from my lungs that had an 8 inch extension inside my chest cavity. my girl friend walked away from it without any injury. with it all, i was only worried about her. i'm just glad she's okay.

i just got home from the hospital today.

cars totalled, but it saved my life. they used the jaws of life to remove the roof of the car to get me out of it.

It seems the more I see these cars get damaged the more it enforces they really are well made and protect their owners.
