I think everyone knows my stand on volvo lips but you are using it the right way at least. I feel like if you have a lip thats worth $5, you should be dragging that fucker around everywhere you go. Although, duder, you could raise the car a tiny bit and still be able to turn and drive. I do it every day. iS lip is 1.5" from the ground on a daily basis.

Height aside, I love what Im seeing here. Let me know how the fender work goes because I have been debating the same thing for my car. If I could turn my wheels more than 15*, I would drive the car lower. But at a certain point, turning isnt possible. You either raise it, like I did, or pull out your fenders like you did. Either way, good job mang.

i actually only hit the rears with the roller, the fronts are products of vise grip annihilation. temporary fix to a rather crippling problem.

i dont really have any serious driving issue. i mean i still get a bit of rubbing due to general clearance in between the fenders and the tires, but its a fixable issue. the volvo lip i enjoy scraping on everything. turns heads on the street. i do intend on cleaning it up a bit but the battle wounds are a point of pride. not worth the $100 a month id be spending on an 'IS' lip..

and raising the car isnt really in the option list for me.. for a few reasons.

          and thank you

would probably look better with a vw lip. the volvo lip isn't cutting it. love the wheels though, super sexy!

You gotta pay to play dude. I'm on my fourth. Needless to say, it sucks to roll hard.

Shawn how the hell do you roll through the westside without busting your oil pan?

The picture of your car on the grass, awesome. Looks like if you went fast enough, it would cut the grass. Glad you are doing something about the fenders, I want to dump mine stupid low, but my header/exhaust sits too low and has already been "street fitted". Maybe after I turbo it and rework the exhaust, I can make it all work to have a stance similar to yours

I can feel what you're going for, I just hope you fix those front fenders sooner than later!

I would honestly ditch the Volvo lip for a regular old i lip. The Volvo lip just looks cheap.
