M-parallels on the M3

The late model E39s did get an ///M package that included the ///M5 style body, and 19" M parallels. No 20's though. And the late model E34 ///M5s in EUROPE got the M Parallels (in 18" I believe). The 3.8L 6 speeds. Ones we shamefully never got over here. Not many made, either. :)

Maybe he just thought they were 20's then - 19 sounds right. The rest of the car has the M package too, so that would explain it.

Mariano, they were 18s, not 19s. M Parallels have always been 18", no matter the offset or width.

There is a company that makes a 20" replica version though, but they don't really look OEM.

Are you sure? Hmmm, I thought the ones ONLY on the E39 were 19's. My bad. I do know that all other ones were 18, but I thought the ones on the E39 were 19's. Again, my apologies. :)

yeah, the E39s never came with 19's- of any style. M5s have the largest wheels for the E39, 18x8.5 up front, 18x9.5 in the rear.

Yeah I had actually thought of that earlier yesterday after I had posted. I was like "Wait, then why'd they give the ///M5 18's? I think I made a boo boo" bleh. My bad. :)
