Its an alarm system. In Venezuela, its usually placed in the driver's side fender. It is weird and I thought that the system would be discontinued since these systems were used in the early 80s and 90s.

Thanks all for the kind owrds guys! Wuold like to quote every one but that would be much. Feels good to hear good/positive comments specially when you get ina project like this one and after several months/years, hours of labor and many many headaches + plus bucks to make it happen, finally you can have it finished and enjoy it.
Hope I can add more photos soon, perhaps with another set of staggered wheels I have in storage trying to decide what to do with them and jsut sold the tires that wer emounted on those because they wer e abit on the oversize side.
