    Just the Beginning...

Finally got an e30 after looking and wanting one for almost two years. Got this 88 super eta coupe by coming across it in Tahoe and asking the owner if he would sell it. Turns out he was going to sell it within the two weeks of being down in Reno nv. Checked out the car again a few days later and fast forward a week and now its sitting in my garage. Paid 2 thousand, which may be alittle high but worth it for what I have in mind  Has 146k on the odo and is very clean inside and out minus some fender damage to front passenger side but that will be fixed soon. Reason why this car was worth it to me was it had service records dating back to the early 90s, super clean engine, its a super eta, its from las vegas rust is non existent and the paint is an uncommon color.

Plan for the car is a suspension set up, I head swap with cams and heavy duty rockers( and all the the other 327i swap parts), 17x9 245-285 tires, and a turbo setup guided by kamotors. Power goal will be 400-450whp once the bugs are worked out.

As for the color its a metallic blue, looks kinda like delphin but not. Ill get better picture in a few days but here something to show. The offical color is cirrus-blau-metallic, and yes those are chrome bottle caps.

Today I waxed the car, removed all the tar in the truck, got rid of the windshield washer tank and lines, and am getting rid of the ac this weekend sometime. Ill be making a build thread this is just an intro

Personally, I don't think removing the A/C should be a initial priority..... BUT WHATEVA

^^^ It can be fixed. Unless your going for extreme low weight, IE gutted #becauseracecar, then I would fix darn near everything.

Its basically the only thing that doesn't work, taking it out for the weight. I have a Tacoma with ac and all the good stuff. Plan on making this a track car for the most part.
