Just picked up an 87 325is :) MINT!

I really lucked out on this cause I went in early this morning to check the car out and pick it up. Everything was a go, when I was getting the money for the deposit and everything there were probably 2 more guys that came in to look at the car! WHEW! Here's the pics :)

here's the low down on it

            - it was owned by a shop foremen from a bmw dealership for 4 yrs, passed away and family friend is selling it for him, he owns his own mechanics shop up there in WA w/ only 169k mi

            - the mechanics just spent $1800 themselves on maintanence work
            - picked it up for $3500 OTD!
-still have original key and the light works! I'll take pics of that when I get the car
-not sure what else I can think off top of my head right now, but all equipment is OEM, it's amazing how clean it looks, drive like it's right off the showroom! IMMACULATE! must see in person

yeah I honestly think I got a steal for it. They put in so much money and time on top of what it is already, I pretty much picked up a car for 1k and they did the work or picked up the car for 3500 and they put in more moeny into that!

it also has an aftermarket deck, but the factory deck is still there, 2 spare wheels, and a car cover, oh an a bottle of bmw touchup paint :-D haha

I was thinking the same thing. Those are ultra rare these days and very few 86-87 cars have them anymore. Makes the front look so much better though.

I've been told by my buddy about this front dam, what does it exactly look like? I'm puzzled and curious now :)
