    My first sedan-87 325i

Decided I should introduce my car here since my project is starting up. It is going to be a weekend project for me. Would love your guys input since I am going to try to do a more intense rebuild then I did on my first e30. My plans for now are to fix most of the issues and do some light modding so I can drive it daily and then we'll see what happens.

    My current projects are:
    -get A/C filled
-repair all windows so their functional and get them tinted.
-fix the locks so all of them working
-find new seats(sport seats if I can find a good set for cheap) or some race seats.
    -fix antilock brakes(light is on)
-fix coolant sensor(light is on even though coolant if full and car doesnt overheat)
-fix oil light(light on the check panel is on but oil level is full)
    -replace
-replace sunroof cover(rusted through) and attempt to fix it so that its functional. PO took it apart either cause it was broken or he broke it while taking it apart.
-replace shift and ebrake boots and shift knob.

    Next set of projects:
    -JOM Coilovers(already ordered)
    -find some wheels
-paint chrome trim for a shadowline look
    -replace kidneys with black ones
-replace sealed beams with ellipsoids(preferably smileys)
    -plastic bumper conversion
-paint tail lights to be all red
    -rear license plate filler
-new timing belt, water pump, thermostat, coolant.

And finally here are some pics of the car as I have purchased it.

Looks like a decent start. I'm in the process of finding a new E30 as well.

Odometer stopped at 186k, clean title. I paid $1700 for it.

The car needs lots of love, there are more minor issues than what I wrote that I will eventually get around to fixing. Just looking to make it into a nice daily driver but seeing as I commute only 3 miles to and from work it wont get too much miles.

So the mail man was very nice to me this week and brought me a bunch of goodies for me to install on the car. Plus tomorrow is my pick and pull day so hopefully I should comeback with more work on my hands.

                      Update:
Found some wheels finally after 3 months of browsing craigslist religiously. They are Enkei 98's 16x7. I am not sure what the offset is, they have a stamp of 23 next to the 16jj which is the rim size in my opinion. I guess I just need to get some wheels put on and mount them up finally, along with my coilovers. Enough talking, heres some wheel porn for those that enjoy.

I also got around to tucking the front bumper finally along with replacing the front bumper trim with a rear bumper one.

A little bit of fiberglass work on the outer bumper trim to get rid of the driving lights.

Still need to bondo and paint to finish up.

Thanks for the encouragement guys. Sometimes its hard to stay motivated but every time I get on r3v I always want to go do something to my car afterwards.
