Lol the grass is always greener on the other side. Do people in Europe like DB's? I've heard that some people import US trim because they like to see it light up. My dad knew a student once who lived in France and was thrilled that she could keep a US plate on her car for a year when she moved back.
The first car I ever rode in was an e30

I really hate to ask but you wouldn't happen to remember the suspension specs would you ?
Custom Ground Control
Shortened/Reinforced Housings from GC
GC Springs
Koni Adjustable Inserts
Was awesome. Loved it. Also had ST Front Sway. Fully refreshed suspension. I would say the car was ~90-95% 'new'. One owner California car.

Very cool pics. nice seeing some other American e30 enthusiasts over here too.
Def. not the only U.S. e30 over here, I have a U.S. 88 325e in my garage going through a 3.0 M20 with turbo swap-
Over the years I have had a few U.S. spec. E30s go through my hands- all of em lost the ugly big bumpers though...........
I meant it as an 88 with what an 88 US E30 gets in it's standard trim. Everyone puts on plastics and it's boring IMO. With the wheels and the bumpers it was perfect.

Now all he has to do is go to a junkyard and find euro late bumpers!
Do early euro bumpers fit on 88's......? I just thought of that, does anyone have a picture if there is one?
Also, great lookin' car.
Would 'ruin' the car at that point. I hunted down an 88 because of what you get. Loved it.
atleast the car is in Italy, so rust shouldn't be an issue. 1 winter on the German mean streets, and the salt is gonna do some permanent damage to a clean car.
and to those that love the euro plates--- the europeans hate them because they are HUGE and take away from the car-- in germany they are known as a "pizza blech"
