the holes make the car sound cooler at full throttle. I like mine and its almost like having a nice exhaust tone for free.

Looks like a perfect start! replace that bottom air box, holes=hot engine air.

And search, it is one amazing button ;) Everything has been done, covered that you will want to do.

I found some ZDDP additive and put it in, maybe its just me but it seems quieter already

it should sound quieter..its the sound of proper lubrication :)
and Rotella oil also has zinc...something about the U.S. forcing catalitic converters to last over 120k, and newer cars cats were dying with zinc..something something darkside on google....and you can read the rest...the ZDDP is great too.

with another advice, get a new lower intake..those holes are not happy holes...

I had a succesful trip to the junkyard today. There was a '93 e30 cabrio so I got a new lower air box (without holes in it) and a cabrio front sway bar
