    So, no hand adjustable sway bars? No 4 cylinder motor? Not even strapped rear trailing arms?

    Replica=No

    DTM inspired M3=Yes

    Big differences

        Yah it just needs that lowness and big centerlocks. Still looks amazing though

            Thanks for the kind words about the car guys! It was a fun project and it was fun to do a little tribute to the motherland and its racing heritage!

            I did want to set the record straight. One of my employees showed me this forum.
            No it is not a DTM replica. It is a fun track toy. We made it do open lapping days and have some fun with on the street. (It is street legal minus license plates.)

            No it does not have 500 hp. It is an s52 with slightly higher comp pistons. OBD I conversion and a simple "Chip" in the ECU We haven't had time to put it on the dyno yet and tune it. (Too busy with race cars)

            We didn't do the cage to DTM spec because he wanted to keep the option of racing it in a US sanctioning body and a DTM spec cage would have too many tubes and not enough tubes in the right spots.

            Really the coolest thing about this car is that when it arrived at the shop a few years ago it had been torched. Practically burnt to the ground. I ll try to post some pictures so you guys can see what we started with.

                      Do you make composite parts for the E30?

                        I am still trying to get before and after pics and some at the track photos. Been super busy.

                        We aren't producing any production composite parts for the E30's yet. Most of the parts we manufacture are parts that we develop for our clients race cars. E30's race in Pro 3 or Spec E30 so not a whole lot of need for composite parts. We are always willing to develop if there is a want or need or do "one offs"
                        We have quite a few cool projects. You can follow us on our facebook. I hope its not in bad taste to plug oneself on forums. Correct me if I am wrong but forums should be more about discussing and technical reference than advertisement or promotion.

                          This may be true, but I can guarantee that if you have pics of manufacturing eye candy to post up, nobody is going to complain ;) Great looking car btw.

                            I'm looking for some good quality very light parts. I missed out on the great stuff that CompetitionConcepts made before he closed down. I've been told that the molds have been sold, so I hope the mystery buyer starts to make parts again!

                                We are exploring the possibilities of low number production runs on some composite parts for the E30. It usually comes down to what the market will support. If I can't build the product to the standards and quality I want and still fit what the market is willing to pay, then we don't produce it.

                                I attached a few more pics. Still trying to find the original before pics. Its been over a year now.
