So I have ordered the IE camber plates, IE rear toe and camber adjusters, IE drop hats, and IE rear subframe street mounts. I am still on a schedule to get the suspension in during spring break (24th-30th) but Ireland Engineering moved and is on back order! So I have to wait and see when the stuff will get here. Since I need a welder for the rear toe/camber adjusters, my only access to one is in my school metal shop. So I need them here next week so I can put them on... Frustrating.
Otherwise I will post pictures of the welding on the rear subframe and the sandblasting and painting to see how it works out! Can't wait for the suspension to finally be in. The car feels like it's on Cadillac air ride suspension...1991 325i Calypso Coupe

I haven't updated since I have been sort of busy and haven't gotten around to pictures, but I got my springs, shocks, camber plates in!
(don't mind the subaru, we were bored)

If you're going to ask why I don't have a IS lip on, well because I think it's pointless when my valence is bent to shit and the lip barely stays on. I'm in to shop for a new valence that is straight and get it painted instead of F'ing around trying to straighten this one. You can kind of see how my fog light won't even become nearly flush with the valence I have now.
an oldie for comparison
I got the rear subframe camber correction tabs welded in today, I'll get pictures when I install the toe. It all goes in Sunday along with the IX diff (I don't know the ratio)
Also, are my camber plates backwards? I can get the driver side to slide all the way into the inner wall of the shock tower but I can't do the same on the other side, the spring or drop hat hits before the adjusters can slide all the way in. Which is confusing because the very top plates with three studs has only one orientation right?
