Plan of the moment is M52 2.8L bottom end, with a 2.5L head - apparently this is a more lethal combo :) 318i has DRUMS on the rear... I think that putting that kind of power into the car on drums is suicide... Plain & simple.

It's pretty funny to get the odd comment about my car looking nice, because I look at yours & go "WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW... My car SUCKS compared to theirs!!!!"

Mariano, i have a couple of theories as to why oze30s are heaps better than US ones...

1. They cost more here ($US3000 will probably only get you a shitter). So if you can afford the initial purchase price, chances are you can afford some sweet mods too.

Sovann: I had a short stopover in Adelaide on my way back from Melbourne in November last year - short being the operative word, I think I was there for like an hour and a half. Enough time to get some fresh air & grab a coffee at the beach & a drive-by tour of Glenelg. Quite nice, reminded me a lot of Scarborough or Cottesloe over here. I am back in early March for 2 days or so - I am driving over to Melbourne with Jake for ECCA National Meet - hopefully there will be no bloodshed as a result of being cooped up in a car for so long!!!! If you want to catch up, I owe you a beer, it is the least I can do for calling you the wrong name!

I am organising a cruise for Sunday evening. Hopefully it will go off well, a twilight cruise through the twisties :) - hopefully we can get some nice shots of what is pretty much E30CCWA :) I'll post if any are decent.
