It took me about three months with mine, but it had 50k miles when I got it. First thing was a SSK.
Then clear corners/sides.
Then I got my lows on.
Then headers.
Then I bought my M3.
Black kidneys FTL. Silver cars demand body color kidneys.Leave a comment:

That is pretty much what I want my next car to me...in the ZHP form. But Im finding it very hard to find that Mtech kit on a late E46 in a manual without it being an ix. In for the mod list.
There is someone on our local Clist that has a supercharger kit for that thing.Leave a comment:

That's cool, not everyone has the same vision. A 2 door that's the same weight (or more in the M3's case) as a 4 door doesn't make sense to me, especially as a DD.
I guess it's a matter of taste, but if I were your instructor I'd tell you to drive whatever your heart desired and get more seat time to go faster. I can buy whatever in the future and sell this if need be, but this is the car that makes sense for me at this point in time.Me? I would buy a faster car. It's something my instructors always say to do if I want to be quicker.
That's the idea.I do agree, ground clearance and comfortable ride is nice. Also thinking of getting an E46 M3 for a DD and keep the E30 S52 for weekends/racing.Leave a comment:

Color me unimpressed. But it's your car, your opinion, your money.
