Mixed emotions for sure. My take is as long as the car wasn't known for it's engine...like a 2002Ti/Tii or Turbo! and was just a regular 2002 then what does it matter what engine is in it? Close the hood and enjoy! I'm not so sure a regular 2002 is going to be collectible like the others. This is just my take.

I disagree with. M10s are strong engines. I don't think Alpina and Schnitzer would have put the effort into building upon that engine.

Technology has advanced a bit since the 60's and 70's.

Keep doing what you doing, I think it's great. But I also think it common sense that technology improves everything, but can also take away the mechanical aspect of an engine. I'm old school.

Thegaragista.com has a LOT of photos in their album if anyone wants more coverage of the show.

I didn't bring a camera unfortunately, would anyone have more pictures of the E30 M3 with the M-System 1 wheels?

                        Thanks!

Had a blast btw, my favorite meet of the year!

Just a few shots from my phone.

                                Bonus:

This describes how people felt about the E36 M3. I was surprised to see this published in a mag recently.
