How do I know for sure if I have a motorsport?

The car fits the description perfectly, only thing I'm unsure of is it it has an LSD. Has everything down to the map-light mirror, and tweeters on the side pods. Even the black headliner.

Since they were never imported here, maybe someone from Europe can help. It's hard to say, it certainly sounds like it could be.

If you have the back headliner, then it is 99% sure an original M tech II car. or motorsport if you want to call it that. Not all of them in Germany had a LSD either.
the orig. M tech II cars here had...

M tech body kit
15" basketweaves
M tech II steering wheel- shift knob
maplight mirror
black headliner
sport seats
as well as the M tech suspension.
and were all 318iS or 325i

there were tons of E30s that were retrofitted with the body kit over here-just like e36/e46/e90s too, but the back headliner is rare over here

My first car was a 1996 Honda Odyssey. 4 door minivan...

had the torquey 1.6L I4 non vtec...so...some serious go pedal.

Unfortunately i never was really able to let go of my inner minivan...and ended up driving an Audi Avant...
