        It's the factory lip, I just pu the '94 540i brake ducts in on each side and then painted them to match.

                                        I'm really not a fan of the m-tech front for the e34. I wasn't sure if I liked the white lowers at first, but I look at the before and after pics now and there is no way I would have another one that isn't painted.
