Down by da beach with new shoes (warning - BIG pictures)

I went out for a drive today because the weather was super nice and I decided to take some photo's on the way. I got the SSR's last week and wanted to feel the grip of the fatter rubber (215/50-16). Thanks to Mystikal for the tire fit advice.

This will probably be the last time I take pictures before I install 89+ plastic bumpers. Hopefully these pics turn out ok for you guys. Just used the iphone and tweaked the colors on the computer.

Nice pics man, some of those don't even look real, haha.

Also, diggin the Comp Cs. There's a set for sale here locally and I'm trying to resist, but I really want a set of lightweight 15s. Hows the hub bore size on them, did you have to run spacers/rings?

The set i found is 16x7, 4x100 et42 center bore 72.2. So i got 90mm studs and 20mm spacers from motorsport hardware and 72.2 od x 57.1 id rings from tirerack.com when I ordered the tires. I found the SSR's on craiglist in Maine for 400$ and felt it was a good deal. they only weight 11lbs a piece so shipping w/o tires wasnt that bad

Looks great man! Keeping it old school with the SSR Comps. They are pretty hard to find these days.

After seeing these on a big monitor... I may have over done the color adjustment. O well

Nice! I'd like to see more people rocking old school 6 spoke wheels like SSR's, etc.

It's 50's and rain here today. Believe me, I'm jelly.

Car looks great, I'd almost keep the diving boards, they fit the car well.
