Damn dude, sorry about the mishap. At least you didn't get hurt (you didn't right?). Depending on what you put into the car; getting a fender, hood, oil pan, rack might not be a good idea.

Why not? It's just a car. People were driving around in rear wheel drive cars for like 70 years or so until front and AWD became popular. I'll drive my car anywhere. Do you really think that the e30 sucks in inclement weather? With snow tires and LSD, its just as good as a LOT of modern cars. Only thing that could make it better MIGHT be traction control, but I hate traction control. I've driven 2 winters in e30's. Last year was an '87 eta and this year is a '91 325i.
