Nice car, although I'll echo the sentiments of everyone else and say that it's gonna be a maintenance pain in the ass. Not only that but any Corrado specific parts are expensive too. Good luck with it though.

lol for one its dark blue just resprayed all scratches and dings were fixed everything electrical works wing,mirrors,windows etc etc everything on this car works it looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor

the engine has been rebuilt it is no longer a 1.8l it is a 2.0l has custom oversized forged pistons, micro polished crank, lightened connecting rods, cylinders have been bored to 83mm,head has been ported and polished intake manifold port matched, aftermarket exhuast manifold port matched, has an aggressive cam and a Authority stage 3 chip, rebuilt supercharger, 70mm pully running around 14psi, the extrerior of the car is absolutely flawless and the interior looks brand new there is not a scratch on this car like i said it looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor,

it could use a nice buffing and polishing but thats cool, and honestly i dont give a fuck what the idiots on this forum have to say this car is easy as fuck to work on the engine is simple as shit and and parts are cheap for this car....you say there expensive? hahaha $130 for spark plug wires for the e30 and what $40 for spark plug wires on the g60? yea thats expensive haha dumb ass..anyways thanks for the compliment that some of you have left and to the rest that have negative things to say you can all go fuck yourselves cause this g60 will smoke your e30s

You didn't read my post correctly obviously. I said Corrado specific parts. No shit that the same plug wires that go on the other 80 bazillion VW 8 valves made, including g60's, are cheap. Whatever though, have fun with your money pit.

Zimmerman crossdrilled/Ate powerslots are 180 for both..... Plain old Brembos are 86 for two. Thats not even the cheap stuff.... www.europartsdirect.com

Sure the body panels are expensive, but thats true for many short run vehicles. Suspension is primarily based on the A2 platform with shocks/springs mainly different. The suspensions are interchangeable with all A3s (using different bushings).

The 1.8L engine is also common... Parts are readily available and everything can be found on vortex.

They're a PITA. But most guys I know or have talked to who daily them, still enjoy them.

I've owned two, I'm E30Andy's brother and that is an old picture of my former G60 a few posts above.

Corrados are no better/worse to own than any other German car of the same era.
