Ditto what Brilliantrot 318is said, I have slicktop 318is, and it doesn't much going for it power-wise, but it can shine with the right suspension set-up and driver skills.
I'd recommend you spend your spend money on function not form, I repeat - function not form - angel eyes, foglights, is lip... thats all secondary, in my opinion, focus on what actually makes your car perform better. Avoid heavy wheels, and adding weight to car (subwoofer, amp), if anything subtract weight.
