A little late but Christmas gift got

installed today! A brand new set of rear mudflaps. Also took advantage of my son's Mechanical Engineering talent and asked him to install my rear sway-bar bushings and links. We even tried to close the rear bumper gap but didn't close enough. Could be in need of a new guide.

All in all a productive day for my E30's rear end!:D

No; it was that way when I bought the car almost a year ago. The PO was debating whether to paint it white or leave it black. To be honest, it looks like it hasn't been painted but was shipped that way.
