I remember in 1990 an old girlfriend's mother drove a bronzit 4 door, but I didn't know anything about euro cars back then, plus it was probably a 318 M10 or a 325e..... so it wasn't anything cool.

It's been forever since I asked, but I believe Clarendon hills. Hopefully that's right and I didn't screw it up.

^looks like a decent area back in the day. I wonder if its the same now. I actually used to live south of chicago down in Blue Island and Tinley Park. Used to be a good place before I was born, but it progressively got worse over time. I still have family that lives there.

That would have been awesome to drive an E30 in the glory days.

I was around BMW A LOT in the 80's. I may have mentioned this before. When I bought my 86 325es new I walked in a chain linked dirt lot behind the dealer filled with mostly e30's and searched til I found the exact one I wanted.
Crevier BMW in Santa Ana was the dealer before they moved to their gigantic place off the 55 fwy here in Sant Ana California

Haha, I wonder if there's any pics of me with this car. He sold it maybe 3 months after I was born i think. He also had a blue e21 and a white 944 before he got married. I know there's one pic of him with the e21 that I could dig up, and I believe I've seen the 944 at some point.

My dad used to have a boss 'stache like that in the 80's. He had a white E21 back then, IIRC. Then he bought a 1992 Pontiac Firebird ('Merica). Then I was born and he traded it for a Volvo (laaame).
