    My Bumper tuck'N

    Are you like me and "hate" the American chrome bumpers.. well i Bumper tucked them! and it looks much better :D


    Here is some pictures of the experience i had bumper tucking and painting my front and read chrome bumper's

























    This is in the way so i just cut them of.. :p

                  Just did this in my vert recently. I put self tapping screws into the shock housings as well so tat there is no chance of the bumpers moving back out under hard braking or if one side of the bumper is bumped inwards it won't shift it's orientation. I cut my tow hooks off as well and added some primer to the cut faces so as to prevent against rust. I did not paint my diving boards as you did bu I am considering color matching them to the body color (Cirrus Blau). The black looks fresh and well done but is too stark of a transition and makes the bumpers stand out a bit too much in my opinion.

                            Thank you all!! i love my new tuck'ed bumpers! they look soooo much better now!!

                            yes i'm thinking about painting the bumper trim! but all good things take time! :) now i need to LOWER DAT BITCH!!!!!!! :D
