Ah... looks like Cardinal red to me.

Cardinal red is...redder. Unfortunately its hard to get two car interiors in the same shot to compare.

Taurus red is a lot darker than in the photographs above.

I thought they were until my friend picked up an 87 iS with cardinal red interior a month or so ago. His drivers seat was in bad shape and just for kicks he wanted to see my brother's (which was sitting in storage). The seats are different shades of red, maybe I can get a pic tonight because both will be at my house

Somebody get a car with Taurus and a car with Cardinal, park them next to each other and open the doors so they're almost touching, then take the picture... that'll be the easiest way to compare colors.

It is cardinal. e30 andy's looks like cardnial, but it also looks a little darker. must be the pictures.
