Sorry to see such a fine e30 get taken out by some fucking asshat. With no insurance on him, you and your own insurance are now having to hash out your claim as part of your own uninsured motorist part of your policy. Get a good check up. with any whiplash type injury, those tend to come on later. You'll feel OK day 1, 2, but even a week later things get tight in your neck, back and spine. Document every twinge of pain you feel and don't be in a rush to accept their early, paultry offer to settle. They'll want you to settle quick. But don't be in a rush because you won't really know how much you may have been hurt for weeks or months. You can get a lawyer, just to represent you if you feel you are being dicked. But they'll take a good cut to, so it's a trade off I suppose. I'm glad you are up walking and talking. Good ol barvarian steel. Good luck man, you have my sympathy,
