I picked up another Vert last week

Ok I believe that I officially have an addiction problem!

Last week I bought another Vert..... actually I bought a set of wheels with a vert bolted to them!! The car is rust free and runs/shifts great. The body is straight and the interior is better than the average 87 vert interior. The dash is crack free. Oh and the best part color matched Bronzit BBS RS-001 wheels all the way around!

          Probably too much.
I am not sure what the future holds for the car but the wheels will be broken down and made awesome! My wife isnt to happy with all my toys taking up the majority of the driveway. Hell you cant even see my truck in these pictures and it is parked along with her Honda just out of frame. So I currently have the 2 verts and a 524td and a motorcycle, something will have to give soon....

And Verts are awesome if done right. I have had every variation of the e30 other than the M3 and I am working on that one. With a hardtop and a windscreen at my disposal the Vert is more versatile than any other e30.

I haven't had a chance to do to much to any of my cars due to school but this one has received some help.
So far I have replaced the struts and shocks, rear pads and rotors, Installed a "like new" tan top, Fixed the notorious convertible leaks, and started pulling the interior so I can take out the carpet and give it a thorough cleaning. Oh and another bonus! I found out this car is sitting on Eibach springs!

So Vacuuming did NOTHING to help this nightmare of a carpet! So I pulled it out and while I was at it I checked out the floor boards.

So there are a few small spots of surface rust. Tomorrow I will hit them with a wire brush and some rustoleum.

I then proceeded to use 409 multi purpose cleaner and a scrub brush. This is just a pic after I hit the worst of it, the passenger rear floor board.

I finished up the carpet but I will wait for it to dry and reinstall it before I take another picture to share. Tomorrow I tackle the timing belt.

reinstalled carpet. One more final light shampoo and it will be perfect.

Just say no to verts. 1 is enough.
I think it would look amazing with a set of euro bumpers. Looks clean. Way to get right on it.
I want a nice set of smoked MHW's (I know, get it line)
