I don't get it...seen the photos from before/after...I think it looks better now. Functionality ftw!
Now go and tear up in some beautiful German country side roads while I sit green with envy in my college dorm room.

Hot per the norm, I wish it was nice enough when we were there to take it out!

couldn't deal with it, lowered the rear- stuck the old springs back in and fixed the front badge. the front just needs to come down a 1/2 inch now.

Orange is a great color on M3's I always thought. Whats the under hood and interior look like.
    Would love to see it.
I painted it orange about 7 years ago, have had the car for almost 15 years now though. Here is a pic of it before and a few motor/int. shots:

I can't believe you were never on coils. How did you get it so low? Did you cut a coil? What suspension/spring are you on now?

I always look forward to your threads.. keep the pics coming!

shortened/compressed coils, with a mix of lowered spring perches, and the shock sits lower in the tube. Now it i on e-bay 60mm dropped springs with e90 hats.

Raised it to get it "road legal". To pass the German safety inspection the suspension needs to have paperwork- old stuff had none. Was planning on leaving it raised due to the last set of rear tires only lasting about 5000km...... but, I am def. going to need to get the rear down a bit.

Still looks good though, maybe more tire to eliminate the stretch look..
