Death to my e30

Long story short, a Drunk driver hit my e30 at about 30mph, with his Mitsubishi Galant, when it was parked in front of my house ... He has allstate so Ill know more about what im going to do with the car tomoro. But my guess is its totaled because the frame is messed in the front and pushes all the way to the drivers side footwell along with the door lines not lining up like they used to. The right rear also smacked the curb really hard so there is damage back there as well. I have saved some of my parts that I want to keep along with gathering a ton of my receipts from all the mods I made (aprox $6300 worth). Are there Any suggestions for getting the most out of the insurance company for all the labor and parts I have into the car? I know they are going to try and just give me bluebook or something but I wont settle for that...

Get your insurance company involved immediately. Dont deal with his insurance alone. Start looking for your receipts for anything you've done on the car and start searching online for cars in similar condition going for retail price. Provide them to your insurance company and demand a bottom dollar price.

He was drunk, you should have little trouble getting enough to get another similar modded e30.

Hey guys thanks for the advice. Im pretty sure this car is done, the frame is tweaked more then I would want for my track car. Ive been looking up e30's on craigs to show them for market pricing on cars like mine.
