Last night a kid on drugs or something smack into a minivan behind me (totaled it) and hit my e30 afterwards. He flipped his car and got out running away from the scene. To bad his dumbass forgot it was registered under his name...short time, later police had him in custody. The funny thing is he claimed he was sleeping at home with fresh cuts all over his arms.

First off, I'm glad to hear you're ok since your writing this to us. From the pictures you posted I don't think it will be totalled...a little body work, new tailight and you're good to go.

It must be the lighting and the angel of the pic...the car is a lot worst in person. The frame is most likely bent...still need to have it checked out. I'll post some better pictures soon...sucks because I'm doing everything thru my phone. Oh yeah, I'm insured thru geico and he is also...things should go pretty smooth since it's all on the police report. Hey Mike, just seen your email bud, I'll respond as soon as i can...hope all well.
