It was an awesome show and the weather even turned out nice. We hit a little bit of rain in the morning but after that it was clear all day. This was the first Bimmerfest I've made it to and now i can't wait till next year!

Turns out these trips can be dangerous though, i hope everyone made it home safe. I had two very close calls but luckily made it safely. Shortly after the show we had a dodge sprint van decide to merge into my line while without noticed, i was able to swerve off to another lane and miss him by mere inches. I really took advantage of the ground control suspension on the second one though. I was about 20 minutes from home and on the last highway cruising about 70, It was around 12 at night and a deer must of though it was a good time to play in the middle of the highway. My lights don't exactly shine that far and by the time i seen the deer there was no chance of stopping or any reason to even slow down for that matter but i managed to swerve around her(i believe it was a waffleswaffleswaffles haha) just in time. It was pretty interesting to see how responsive my old girl is doing 70 haha.

Loved this F30 fitted with all the right kit

My beautiful GF standing in front of her favorite color (techno violet). This was one of the nicest E36's there IMO with original LTW wheels, front lip and low rise rear spoiler

From these pictures it seams like Bimmerfest East gets a better selection and quality of BMWs. Iv been to Bimmerfest West a few times in Recent years and it seams like it attracts a lot of BMW owners who like to spend money on putting 6 speakers in each door of their e92 M3 and put the loudest exhaust possible with HUGE chrome wheels. Maybe its because its in LA. Most if not all of the cars I drive down with from north and central Cali are usually a bit better.

I was at bimmerfest east and trust me there were those types there too, it's just people don't take pics of them really. It doesn't really bother me that they come though.. gives us something to laugh about.:)
