Welp I broke down and decided Im going to mod this car, it's going to be just some bolt on parts and I will keep the stock parts just in case I want to switch it back.
I'll start with these wheels I just got for it.
They are BBS RF wheels 16x9.5 in the rear and 16x8.5 in the front. Once I pull the car out of the garage from its winter hibernation, Im going to throw some coils on it and slap these wheels on.Leave a comment:

monster truck tires haha, Im really not sure I can go check
nah, Im keeping this one original. Modding is a dangerous, addicting and expensive game. I went down that path with my old GTi and spend too much time and money.Leave a comment:

Excellent work. After the easy off did you sand, clean and primer? Or sand, clean and paint?Leave a comment:

My paint looks good from about 10ft any closer and you start seeing stuff. I plan on doing a paint correction which will hopefully fix a lot of stuff. I just got done claying the car. If I have time later today It will get a cut and buff.Leave a comment:

Haha your tires do look kind of huge, but it looks great none-the-less! It actually looks very OEM in my opinion, the lip and center cap add the right amount of balance.Leave a comment:
