      Get some sticky tires (in proper fitment) like Falken Azenis 615, you'll forget stretch tires even existed once you drive them hard.

          i removed the spacers in the rear so no more mexi flush and the fit perfect now, but yeah i am going to a different tire in the rear once these 205's die

                              This is just my $0.02 but you probably won't find who originally built your E30 so instead of going crazy and guessing what needs to be addressed why don't you take it to a shop and have them do a full inspection.

                              You seem to be pretty handy with a wrench so just do all the repairs/replacements after they confirm what might need to be addressed. I would hate to see you get frustrated with this one and end up selling.
