New lip, no more destroyed early lip.

I didn't find the Jetta lip everyone else is finding that clips on to the bumper, so equipped with only a hacksaw and MacGuyver testicles, I sawed the bottom off a one-piece Jetta bumper. I trimmed the mounting surface in too far which is why the sides aren't flush with the valance. Looks alright for a rough draft. As a bonus it's also RIDICULOUSLY flexible.
