    Thanks mate!

And don't worry. I'm getting a Go Pro so there will be plenty of videos to share.

Awesome. Well I see you're a Brissy boy so shouldn't be too hard to sort something out to take you for a ride and show you the car.

Taking a long time! But I certainly can't wait until it's finished.

I'll try and get some pics of the GTR for you. There are so many at the shop to choose from.

I would expect that the upholstery guy would be more than happy to ship his wares over the ditch to you.

Noel at High Society Kustom Garage (noel@hskg.com.au) is who you should speak to.

    Cheers.

Well things are going a lot slower on my build than I would ideally like.

It is now 7 months since I paid for the cams/rods/pistons etc and only in the last week have I now been able to confirm that the engine was within spec so that the piston manufacturer could produce the pistons. That will take a bit of time but once that is complete I am hoping that the balance of the build will be pretty quick.

Here is a photo of the block after having been disassembled and measured.

    A quick update.

Things are going a whole lot slower than I would like, but that's how it happens some times.

The interior re-trim should be complete for me to collect this Friday. Once I have the pieces in my hands I will take some better photos and will share those too. But here is a sneak peak of the interior re-trim in alcantara.
