    Upgrade the supercharger pulley, with a 19% reduction. That combined with a supersprint exhaust, intake, and some tuning is good for around 195whp. Check out www.europeancarweb.com, and look under their project cars, they have a couple project mini's there.

            I really bought it for the gas mileage and just a generally fun car to drive! I want to upgrade the exhaust first and then the intake. Most likely I will upgrade the pulley too but its really just a daily driver and the e30's are what I'd like to keep my time/money invested into. Thanks for the responses though.

            As for the John Cooper works package, I don't think I will be adding that anytime soon. For $6000 I can find lots of things to do to the M3 and the project M3 convertible!!

              I would say dump the S/C and turbo that thing. But if its a DD, bolt ons will do.

              We need better pics though :p

                JCW mini's are very fun to drive, but i think you got your head in the right place putting money into the M. enjoy!
