I´m sorry to have to break it to you like this but it seems so.

I really hate when you open the hood, and suddenly you are reminded that the engine bay is of a different color.

I´ll try to keep it as polished as i can. Besides, I haven´t seen this combo of a complete mtech1-kit and a regular solid color yet.

All the iM-badged (Well, not really a badge, but you get my drift) cars in sweden came in a package with metallic paint, bbs, shadowline, ABS, black headliner, sport seats, black headliner, ABS and obviously the mtech-kit.

I´m going to exclude the first five in that list. Have to be somewhat exclusive on something, you know.. ;)

This isn´t really a necropost, just an update.

The car will be painted around late summertime this year, and the colour has been chosen. Carbon schwartz.

I couldn´t choose between black or blue, so it ended up somewhere between.

Actually just outside of Malmo called Oxie.

Some here might think it´s weird seeing a swede on a foreign forum, but most of the know-how is fund in places like this.
Swedish Bmw-forums are divided between diehard purists, and the balls-to-the-walls-tuning-with-800+hp-turbocharged-monsters kind.

German forums are supposedly the best, but I can´t say anything in german other then "Noch ein Bier, bitte"..

Also, I have preliminarily decided to keep the cromeline. Mostly because everyone seems to go for the shadowline-style. And the crome puts some contrast on the black paint
