It Snowed in Georgia. Basically it was Armageddon!

So I snapped some photos. Did a bit of driving but there was so much traffic, stuck cars and more it wasn't even enjoyable :(

I like how you trimmed the license plate trim. Never seen that done on euro bumpers before.

growing up in ATL I remember the mayhem that would take place as soon the word's "snow" entered the minds of people. very scary stuff...

            nice e30 btw!

It was -14 this morning and my car wouldn't start. Tell me again how your dusting has your trapped?

I'm just kidding, I know it doesn't snow much down that way so any little bit seems like a lot. Friend of my GF's moved to New Orleans, they had a winter advisory for possible sleet...her work shut down -___-

Georgia: No plows, no salt, and prob like 6 sand trucks total. When it snows here we are fucked. Oh, and most people don't know how to drive in it either.

Reports of half hour drives home turning into 4 hour excursions were really common today.

Glad I didn't have class up in Dahlonega today, would have been hell getting home from what it seems.

It's the same almost everywhere in the south, no one is prepared or has any idea how to drive in it. I will concede that Georgia probably has it worse than most places, but I know that major cities in NC have the same shit going on.

I was down there, like, 14 years ago? last time you guys got a nasty storm like this. yeah, definitely not prepared for it. There were places on the freeway where *every* car would crash into the same spot, like lemmings jumping off a cliff or something. I think I ended up driving the car back to the airport because I was the only one who'd ever driven on ice before. lol

meanwhile, on the west coast, we have no snow (even the mountains are pretty damn sad looking) and we're finally getting some rain. my ix is jealous. :(
